Tulla Road Ennis Cycle Scheme

Clare County Council has secured €1.8 million in Active Travel grant funding to upgrade the existing cycling infrastructure on the R352 Tulla Road, Ennis, between St Senan’s Road and Hillcrest junction to improve safety and continuity for cyclists via the provision of a suite of traffic calming measures.
Clare County Council is conducting a non-statutory public consultation from Friday 10th to Friday 24th March 2023 on the proposed upgrades.
Two information evenings will take place on Tuesday 14th and Wednesday 15th March from 6.00pm-8.00pm at Clare County Council HQ, Áras Contae an Chláir, New Road, Ennis, where members of the public may come to view the scheme drawings and interact with the design team.
Submissions in respect of our proposals may be made by email to roads@clarecoco.ie with the subject line: ‘Tulla Road Cycle Scheme’ or alternatively in writing to: The Administrative Officer, Transportation Department, Clare County Council, New Road, Ennis, Co. Clare before 4:00pm on Friday, 24th March 2023.
